SAM Tech Recognized as a Top Vocational School in the U.S.

HOUSTON, TX — July 25, 2025 — The School of Automotive Machinists & Technology   (SAM Tech), a leader in high-performance engine building and machining education, has been named one of the Top 250 Vocational Schools in the United States by USA Today and Statista in their inaugural ranking.

This recognition highlights SAM Tech’s commitment to excellence in technical education and its impact on the skilled trades workforce. As a Houston-based institution dedicated to preparing students for careers in the performance motorsports industry, SAM Tech has long been recognized for producing graduates who thrive in elite racing teams and advanced machining roles.

In addition to this national honor, SAM Tech was recently named the #2 Trade School in Houston by the Houston Business Journal (May 2025). These accolades reflect the school’s dedication to academic rigor, industry relevance, and hands-on training.
